Hello! I'm Ellie-Lou, and I'm currently studying Business BTEC at school in Ramsgate, United Kingdom.
Ellie-Lou's Accessories is my latest venture, with a little support from my mum. It all started in October 2020 with 'Ellie-Lou hot choc pots', creating fun hot chocolate treat pots for children who couldn't trick-or-treat due to lockdown. These became incredibly popular, leading to Christmas-themed pots advertised on Facebook. These quickly sold out, and I continued making various 'pots', adding 'lock-down treat boxes', goodie bags, and custom-made 'Hot choc balls'.
By December 2023, I was mainly focusing on sweetie pots but noticed increased competition on Facebook. That's when I conceived 'Ellie-Lou's Accessories'. With some assistance and investment, I've built a substantial inventory of hair accessories and jewellery for children and young adults. My aim is to maintain affordability through diligent research and shopping around to secure the best deals.
Our Ethos
At Ellie-Lou's Accessories, we aim to offer fun and affordable hair accessories, jewellery, and gifts at pocket money prices. Our most popular items are hand beaded bookmarks and Chinese knot charm bracelets. These are handmade, allowing me to express my creativity while providing unique and charming products. I'm most proud of being part of The Teenage Market and successfully managing my own small business. In the future, I aspire to continue growing and expanding Ellie-Lou's Accessories while remaining dedicated to offering affordable jewellery, hair accessories and gifts.
